Position Purpose:
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to establish the strategy and lifecycle communications for all key areas.
Work closely with the pubs’ marketing team to create and deploy fortnightly personalised emails updating pubs on news, events, offers, seasonal content and products to drive bookings for tables, rooms and events.
Develop a strategy for ongoing triggered email communications to maximise revenue from the lapsed database and boost footfall and revenue in pubs.
Collaborate with Rooms and Events teams to manage contact cycles for room guests, table bookings and ticketed and bookable events, aiming to reduce cancellations, drive a higher % of direct room bookings, enhance up & cross-sell opportunities, increase post visit reviews and drive repeat bookings.
• Work with the pubs’ marketing team to increase sign-ups for Loyalty Clubs, developing a strategy to drive frequency of visits and spend per head.
• Assist teams in producing and deploying regular emails to tenants and trade customers, highlighting new products, services, partner offers, and business news.
• Define a clear strategy to grow the database by driving email opt-ins, adding value, and applying segmentation for maximum results.
• Create templates and tactical campaigns for swift and impactful support in generating bookings for individual pubs.
Conduct continual testing of subject headers, creative elements, offers, and send times to maximise ROI.
Manage marketing spend to ensure it stays within budget and delivers value for money.
Develop detailed reporting to demonstrate the value and results of email activities, showcasing clear ROI and the impact on the business.
